Danny Trussell and his team (Mike, David and Bill) were great to work with. All very professional, personable and responsive. Danny was available for all questions before, during and after the project. The project was completed on time and with no major problems. The end result is a beautiful new bathroom. The tile work is really well done as are all the details. Though we were surprised at how much a bathroom remodel costs, Danny was pretty ‘right on’ with his estimate and kept us informed about the costs as the project progressed. We highly recommend Trussell’s Transformations.
Beyond pleased
Beyond pleased with the work that Joey and Matthew, from Trussell’s Transformations, performed on my kitchen granite. We purchased our home 2 years ago, and just in the past two months we noticed the granite countertop “falling” away from the backsplash in the corner over our lazy Susan. It had dropped at least 2/3″ and was stressing me out everyday. I searched on Angie’s List and even then wasn’t sure, but received a call from a rep at Angie’s List and decided to call Trussell’s Transformations. They were able to get me on the schedule timely and Joey and Matthew arrived right on time. They listened to me and assessed the problem and went right to work. In a couple hours my granite was fixed and repaired. They lifted the granite, shimmed, filled and epoxied and you seriously cannot even tell that the granite had fallen and cracked. I will definitely use Trussell’s Transformations in the future!

My experience with Trussell’s was nothing but positive. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do and for the price that was initially quoted. I was impressed with everyone I dealt with at Trussell’s – from the owners (Danny and Christy) to everyone who helped in getting the job completed – there is quite a long list – they have a very cohesive team! They were good at what they did, a pleasure to work with and very professional.
Throughout the process, I always felt comfortable and had faith that they were going to give me the results I was hoping for. Actually, the results were better than I could have ever hoped for – my counters and floors are absolutely beautiful! They made sure that I was happy with everything – from picking out the granite, to selecting how the counters were laid out on the granite. I truly felt that for everyone at Trussell’s, the customer truly is number one. They were always responsive to my many questions and changes of mind and always made sure that I was comfortable with the decisions that I made – providing me all the information that I needed to make the decisions.

Flooring is a difficult project to undergo when you are living in your home, but this went surprisingly well thanks to Trussell’s. They were wonderful about accommodating our travel schedule so that tile tear-out could take place while we were out of town. Tom and Tony, the tile and wood installers, were efficient, professional, and personable; and they performed high qualify work and cleaned up every day. The carpet guys were also efficient and did a great job. The project was completed on schedule, and we always knew what to expect and when. Trussell’s is great about quoting projects in a transparent, clear way so you know exactly what you are paying for materials and for labor. And there were no surprise expenses or other costs. Another plus is that Trussell’s is a member of ProSource flooring, so we were able to get wholesale prices on the flooring materials.
If you are looking for a contractor you can trust to be responsive, clear and honest, and one who provides professional service and does high quality work, then look no further. I highly recommend Trussell’s for any flooring project! They also did an excellent job with a complete master bath remodel and a wet bar countertop at our house, which are reviewed separately on this site. We are very happy with all the services Trussell’s has provided, and we will definitely hire them again if we decide to do any additional remodeling.

I had been so nervous to remodel my kitchen due to all the different moving parts like plumbing, countertops, cabinet hardware etc. Trussell’s made this the easiest process ever. From the beginning of estimating and picking out products to the project end with everything being completed, the timeline was under a month. They make it fast so you are not inconvenienced, have the best and friendliest contractors that come out to your house, and all of it is quality work. If I would have known what a great experience it was, I would have remodeled years ago…best option by far.

This was our first update to our home and it was a little overwhelming to say the least. Mr. & Mrs. Trussell and their team took the time to explain everything about the process and to answer our many questions in a professional manner which quickly put us at ease. The work was performed in a very professional, punctual and quality manner and everything afterwards was cleaned up very nice. You can tell they take pride in their business!! We are very happen with our new kitchen & bath and would highly recommend Trussell’s Transformations! If I need anything updated in the future my first call will be to Danny or Christy…..

Very easy to work with
Trussell’s was very easy to work with. We are DIYers but replacing all the cabinets in the kitchen was more than we wanted to tackle. Danny and Krista worked with us throughout with picking semi-custom cabinets that would work within the existing layout. They scheduled with us so that we could remove the old cabinets and replace the flooring before installation but still within a set time frame. Cabinets came in as ordered and were installed quickly and professionally. The team kept ups informed and responded to questions/comments to achieve the desired look. We had ordered a quartz countertop but it was a composite Trussell’s had not used before. When the installers were putting it in they commented that it was more porous than that usually installed. We cooked on it once and it stained. Calling Trussell’s got an immediate response. They sent guys out that day to clean the counter top and applied a sealer recommended by the manufacturer. On another piece of counter top they sealed with a granite sealer. Asked us to use it for a while and see what we thought. The recommended sealer began showing signs of stain about two weeks later, while the granite sealer did not. Again called Trussell’s and got an immediate response. The guys came out that day and sealed the entire counter top with granite sealer. It has looked beautiful since.

Trussell’s Transformations did a great job from start to finish! The countertops look fantastic! Christy was informative and very helpful during the decision making/ordering process. A special thanks to the two men who did the templet and installation! They were professional, thorough, and just plain nice people!
